Return Policy
We appreciate you shopping with ELECTRIFIED. We strive to do our best in hopes that you'll love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 10 business days of receipt. This is provided that item(s) are in original condition with tags intact.
To initiate a return please email info@electrifiedclothing.com with Return in the subject line. After being contacted by an associate you will be provided a packing slip and a prepaid USPS return label.
Once items are returned you will be issued a STORE CREDIT ONLY (store credit never expires). We will not refund the original form of payment.
We will not accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, not in its original condition, or have had tags removed. Garments must be free from signs of wear and odour.
A store credit (excluding cost of delivery) can be issued if the item(s) are returned to us unused and with the tags intact. All returned packages must be sent with trackable information as a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
If items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item back to you.
